Terms and Conditions
1. Copyright & Image Ownership
1.1 All photographs taken by Poppy Parker Photography remain the copyright of the photographer under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
1.2 Clients receive a personal-use licence only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Images must not be edited, altered, filtered, resold, entered into competitions, or used commercially without permission.
1.4 Any third party (including companies, magazines, charities, brands, or advertisers) must contact the photographer directly to obtain a commercial licence before using any images.

2. Personal Use Licence
2.1 Clients may:
• Download and store images
• Print images for personal use
• Share images privately with family & friends
• Share images on social media with photographer credit
2.2 Clients may not:
• Use images for business promotion
• Allow companies or brands to use images
• Use images for advertising or marketing
• Submit images to media or print publications
• Provide images to suppliers without permission

3. Model Release
3.1 Clients grant the photographer permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless they opt out in writing.
3.2 Parents/guardians must consent for anyone under 18.
3.3 If a client prefers images not to be shared publicly, this will always be respected.

4. Booking & Payment
4.1 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a session.
4.2 Remaining balances must be paid before no later then 24 hour before clients booked shoot date.
4.3 A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Sessions may be rescheduled once due to illness or bad weather at no extra charge.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in loss of booking fee 50% of remaining balance.
5.3 The photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, etc.).

6. Image Delivery
6.1 Standard editing turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Clients will receive a private online gallery for viewing and downloading.
6.3 Raw, unedited files are never supplied under any circumstances.

7. Editing & Artistic Style
7.1 Images are edited in the photographer’s creative style.
7.2 Additional retouching (beyond skin corrections, basic clean-up, exposure etc.) may carry an additional fee.
7.3 The photographer will not edit bodies to appear smaller, thinner, or significantly altered without request and consent.

8. Image Storage
8.1 Galleries remain online for a minimum of 6 months.
8.2 The photographer is not responsible for long-term backup once images have been delivered.

9. Use of Images by Third Parties
9.1 If a company or publication wishes to use an image, this must be arranged directly with the photographer.
9.2 Clients cannot grant companies or brands permission to use images commercially.
9.3 Commercial licences carry additional fees depending on usage (print, advertising, social media, etc.).

10. Liability
10.1 The photographer is not liable for:
• Accidents or injuries during shoots
• Weather issues
• Delays outside of reasonable control
• Printing quality from third-party labs not recommended by the photographer
10.2 In the rare event of equipment failure or total loss of images, liability is limited to the return of all fees paid or a reshoot free of charge.

11. Children, Animals & Safeguarding
11.1 Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.
11.2 The photographer will never force a child to pose or participate if distressed.
11.3 For safety reasons, clients must ensure animals are handled responsibly during sessions.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session with Poppy Parker Photography, clients agree to all terms listed above.
